1. Quotes & bookings
All quotes are free in our standard service areas and valid for 30 days from issue.
Quotes are based on the information you provide. If site conditions differ materially (e.g. hidden damage, asbestos, restricted access), we’ll pause and discuss before proceeding.
A booking is confirmed when you reply in writing accepting the quote and proposed date.
2. Payment terms
For residential jobs under $2,000, full payment is due on completion. For larger jobs we may request a deposit covering materials.
Commercial and recurring accounts are invoiced monthly on Net-14 terms unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Accepted payment methods: bank transfer, credit/debit card, and major payment platforms. Receipts issued by email.
3. Insurance & compliance
ALLROUNDA carries $20M public liability insurance. Certificates of currency are available on request for commercial clients.
All work is performed in accordance with WHS standards and relevant Australian Standards. Licensed plumbing, electrical or structural work is performed by appropriately licensed partners.
4. Warranty
Workmanship is warranted for 12 months from completion. Materials are covered by their manufacturer’s warranty.
Warranty excludes damage from misuse, weather events outside reasonable design tolerance, or third-party modifications.
5. Cancellations & rescheduling
Bookings can be rescheduled with no fee if changed at least 24 hours in advance.
Cancellations within 24 hours of a booking may incur a fee equal to the booked tradie’s minimum call-out where materials have already been purchased or travel has commenced.
6. Privacy
We only use your contact details to quote, schedule and invoice the work you’ve enquired about — and to follow up on warranty matters.
We never sell or share your personal information with third parties for marketing purposes.
